The Food and Nutrition Programme option at the Department of Vocational and Technical Education is one of the programme options under Home Economics. The programme provides students with a comprehensive education in the field of food science and nutrition. The strong representation of female students, making up about 85% of the cohort, our ever-increasing 15% male students help enrich our academic community.
